The project reconnects the Rulmentul Industrial Platform to Brașov’s urban fabric through a new southern circulation axis linking major roads and public transport routes. Rather than dividing the site, the street activates its edges with shops, cafés, and restaurants, strengthening connections with the Coresi neighborhood and the city center while prioritizing pedestrian mobility and public interaction.

The landscape strategy combines geometric and organic planting patterns, prioritizing phytoremediation and the regeneration of the former industrial site. Diverse green spaces preserve the site's existing character, allowing nature to reclaim certain areas while creating a variety of atmospheres that evolve with the seasons.

The project preserves most existing industrial structures, adapting them to cultural, educational, recreational, and commercial functions. Hangar 6 becomes a cultural center organized around a lightweight multifunctional hall, highlighting the building’s impressive scale and transparent façades. Rehearsal rooms, an educational center, and a café create a flexible public destination, complemented by green spaces, sports facilities, and future community amenities. Together, these interventions transform the former industrial platform into a vibrant, inclusive district that celebrates Brașov’s industrial heritage while responding to contemporary urban needs.
