The project seeks to address two issues: reducing costs and improving affordability through seriality, while allowing individualisation.

In a streetscape where all recent buildings have their main façades oriented towards secondary or private streets, the proposed building seeks to improve the street's image as much as possible by introducing a front garden, visible from the street through a transparent fence.

The dwellings aim to create a welcoming atmosphere through the use of exposed brick details and vegetation, while the building's overall form seeks to integrate into the surrounding context, characterised by collective housing built before 1989.
